Q: Are pets allowed on site?

The only animals permitted on our properties under the Lease Agreement are Service Animals defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, according to Oklahoma State Law.

According to the ADA National Network, "a service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or other mental disability."

At this time, emotional support animals or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
